1. Processing Time
Before we "teleport" your order, we need a little time to prepare it. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-traffic periods (like new collection drops or holiday rushes), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we get everything ready!
2. Shipping Estimates
We ship across the map! Here are our estimated delivery windows once your order has left our headquarters:

Note: "Business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Quest
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches your door.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
For our international fans: Aniverse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local regulations to avoid any surprises!
5. Damages and Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or "battle-worn," please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at [aniversebrand@yahoo.com]. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and make it right.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your coordinates! Aniverse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the "respawn" (re-shipping) fees.
