Refund & Return Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
At Aniverse, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. Please double-check your order (size, character design, and shipping address) before completing your purchase.
2. Damages and Defective Items
The only exception to our "No Refund" policy is if your item arrives damaged during its journey or if there is a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must contact us at aniversebrand@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

Once we verify the "battle damage," we will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we accidentally send you the wrong character or product (e.g., you ordered a One Piece case but received Bleach), please notify us immediately. We will ship the correct item to you right away.
4. Cancellations
Because our production team moves at "shunshin" speed, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the item has entered production and the sale is final.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Aniverse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
